  This review is an unsolicited testimonial recommending the legal services of Peter Catania. Firstly, if you are looking for counsel to represent you, Mr. Catania is your very best choice. When I searched for representation, I was fortunate enough to be able to find him easily on Google and call his toll free number. What amazed me was "he" answered the call. He does have a very competent staff, yet I believe he chooses to forward the line to his mobile phone. This immediately told me he not only cares about his existing clients but he also is appreciative of new business, and we all need an attorney who is hungry and motivated to represent us. I was so pleased to actually speak with Peter and not get lost in the typical voicemail abyss or have to leave a message with a receptionist and wait for a callback. After briefly discussing my case, we set an initial meeting at his office, a few days after my call. His administrative staff are very polite and helpful and they will always call you the day before any meeting or court date to confirm the date and time. Peter always met with me at the exact scheduled time. Peter is an excellent communicator and he has a tremendous amount of experience to draw upon to give you realistic and thorough advice. I did not hesitate for one second to retain him as my attorney. I left his office with a sense of confidence and with a strategy to move forward. He was extremely fair with me on price, and quite frankly, I received way more value than I paid for. Peter is very well connected and well respected in the courtroom. He is a phenomenal negotiator and my case was handled professionally from start to finish. Lastly, I know attorneys well.....my Dad was a criminal defense attorney for 35 years and I was raised in the courtrooms. I have an excellent understanding of good and bad counsel.   I would HIGHLY recommend the firm of Faulkner and Graves, and especially Attorney Shelley Graves. This is a local firm, vested in the community with decades of experience. They go above and beyond, to provide the full spectrum of professional advice and client care. There is just one word to describe them: EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! I was injured in a fall at a shopping center. It involved a trip to the E.R, 12 stiches for a nasty facial cut, facial nerve damage and dental injury. Although it was not life threatening, the medical bills and follow up care quickly piled up, beyond what I could afford. Right from the first meeting with Attorney Shelley Graves and her awesome staff, I knew I was in good hands. I was put to ease. I got the feeling that I was the most important client in front of her. She and her staff were methodical and wasted no time, implementing a plan of action, all the while, protecting my injury claim. ...And all this was FREE! Settling a personal injury case can take a long time. The communications and updates from Attorney Shelley Graves and the staff were timely and thorough. Shelley is a straight talker, which I appreciate. She didn't rest until she had an acceptable resolution to propose to me.   Not the most helpful or courteous people I've dealt with...and that's saying something. I called them to double check to see if I had any tax liability before I went to renew my registration and was told 'nope'. I go to the DMV and sure enough - tax hold. The DMV employee called the tax office and tried to work something out. Nope. I drive all the way back home, go to the office, and ask why they didn't tell me. The lady responded with "Do you want your release or not?" So, no, not pleased with New London Tax Office

  I have called Greg Massad on several occasions for legal advice. On all of those occasions , he has been extremely responsive. Greg has given me great advice and thanks to that advice I have not had to retain his services but I wouldn't hesitate to do so and I highly recommend him. He has a strong sense of ethics and morality and that is why I call him when I find myself in situation where I'm not sure what to do. As he has told me, it's better to call and ask before you make a decision, than to call after you've made a bad decision.
